• $50 minimum commission payout.

• Commissions are calculated net of duties, taxes, any detected fraud, and are not applicable on orders placed using a coupon.

• Transactions for each month are reviewed the following month. italist reconciles payments with Refersion, and individual payouts to ambassadors are made by Payment Rails thereafter. Please allow at least 45 days to begin receiving commission payments, and then monthly thereafter.

• Affiliates are not allowed to bid on the brand “Italist” or any of its variations/misspellings, such as italist.com, italist online, etc

• No confusingly similar domains: you are not allowed to register confusingly domains, such as www.italist-fashion.com

• However, you are allowed to have an italist category, such as www.mysite.com/italist

• No direct linking. Affiliates are not allowed to link their campaigns directly to www.italist.com

• No frames: affiliates may not put the italist website into frames or masked URLs

• Additionally, as a company policy, we do not offer any coupon codes nor any discount codes in any shape or form. As such, we are unable to partner with coupon related publishers. If you are a sub-affiliate network publisher, please ensure that you have an active, working filter that prevents coupon publishers from connecting to italist. If such a filter is not set up or non-functional, please be aware that we have the right to cancel all associated transactions initiated by a coupon, discount or coupon publisher.
